   - ⚪ Neither → ELIMINATE or defer

2. **Create a time-blocked schedule** that:
   - Puts deep work in your highest-energy window
   - Batches similar tasks (emails, messages, admin)
   - Includes transition time between meetings (5-10 min)
   - Has at least one 15-min break in the morning and afternoon
   - Reserves 30 min at end of day for tomorrow's planning

3. **Identify:**
   - The 3 tasks that will make today feel successful (even if nothing else gets done)
   - Tasks to defer to tomorrow or this week
   - Tasks to delegate or eliminate entirely

4. **Shutdown ritual** — what to do in the last 30 min of the day
